Mark Watson-Mitchell

Mark established SQC Research in 1993.
He previously worked as a dealer for four broking firms and a fund management business. Prior to SQC he published financial and investment magazines and newsletters.
His writing experience has covered weekly feature articles on smaller companies for Shares Magazine, UK-Invest and for a number of monthly investment publications.
His appearances on CNBC and Bloomberg TV and Radio featured smaller companies and he also made several appearances on Channel 4’s ‘Show Me The Money’.
Mark also holds directorships in several AIM and PLUS quoted companies.
Kate Watson-Mitchell
Executive Director
Kate joined SQC Research in 2003, where she took over the client relations and hosting of Private Client Broker and Press lunches. She manages all the clients’ accounts and overall running of the business.
She previously worked for five years in insurance, moving up to management level, before being invited to set up and run a personal lines sector at an insurance brokers in the city.
