investment information and comment on smaller quoted companies
Terms and Conditions

Subscribing to SQC Research will provide your company with investor relations services over twelve months.

These services are designed to bring your company to the attention of smaller company fund and investment managers, smaller company analysts, private client brokers, financial journalists and other investment professionals.

Our services include preparing and publishing two detailed profiles of the company (generally four to six A4 pages) and two updates (usually two A4 pages) in that period. The hard copy mailings will be to our overall databank of some 1,000 investment professionals and we will be supplying you with 50 further copies for your own distribution and 25 copies for your press relations advisers. A further 25 copies of the 1,100 printed will be distributed ad hoc by ourselves. Please also note that we give permission for the profiles to be included within the investor relations part of your corporate website. We will also be available to be consulted upon the presentation of corporate releases.

In addition, this contract covers the hosting by us of two financial press and two private client broker lunches during the period, at which you will be able to present your company’s investment case. Restaurant costs are payable direct by your company to the selected lunch venue. We will also assist in the arranging of one-to-one lunches with selected journalists.

The contract is for a twelve-month period and has a three-month notice break clause for either party. Under this method of overall payment the expenses incurred including print, enclosing, mailing and postage are covered in the contract monthly payment figure of £1,052 including VAT, payable a month in advance on the first day of each month directly by bankers order. VAT invoices are issued before the due date each month.
